McCarrick, Gerry (Gerard), (Retired Garda Síochána, Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of Cloonacool, Co. Sligo) April 15th, 2017 peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Brenda and wonderful father to Louise, Alan and Lorna. Son of the late John Martin and Peggy. Deeply regretted by his loving family, brothers Roger, John and Noel, sisters Mary, Margaret, Nora, Martina and Anne, father-in-law Tom, mother-in-law Pauline, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at his residence on Monday evening (17th April) from 4.00 o'clock until 8.00 o'clock. Removal to the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle, Laurel Lodge, Castleknock on Tuesday morning (18th April), arriving for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon followed by a private family cremation Service at Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.

Reposing from 12 noon on Monday with removal at 5.45pm to the Nazareth House Chapel, Church Hill, Sligo to arrive at 6pm. Mass of Christian burial at 12 noon on Tuesday burial to follow in the Convent Cemetery.

Peacefully at Connolly Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by her husband Oliver Knott 2003, much loved mother of John Knott, Reask and Carmel Knott Maher, Celbridge.
