The death has occurred of Norah (Nonie) BYRNE (née Dunne)
Doorly Park, Sligo Town, Sligo / Borrisokane, Tipperary

Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Beloved wife of Austin and dear mother of Moira Capilitan, Mickey, Gussie (Australia), Philip (USA), Forrest (Cork), Raymond, Sean (USA), Nochette and Jason. Deeply regretted by her much loved husband Austin, daughters, sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, sisters, brother, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at the Foley & Mc Gowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo on Tuesday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.Funeral will arrive at St. Annes Church, Sligo on Wednesday morning for Mass of the Resurrection at 11:00am with burial afterwards in Sligo Cemetery. Remains reposing in the Brennan Funeral Home, Kilmactigue, on this Monday evening from 5 o'clock until 8 o'clock. Funeral to arrive at The Church of the Holy Rosary, Kilmactigue, on this Tuesday to arrive for 12 noon Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in Kilmactigue Cemetery.

Formerly of Sligo Town. Unexpectedly. Partner of Frances and father of Andre, father in law to Erin, grandfather to David, Robin and Sonny. Sadly missed by his loving family, sisters Gwen and Ingrid, brother Philip, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of Gerard (Gerry) KEANEY
Camross, Ballymote, Sligo

Keaney, Camross, Ballymote, Co. Sligo, 13th Jan. 2018. Gerard (Gerry), peacefully at St. John's Hospital, Sligo. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Kathleen, his brother William and his nephew Dermott. Deeply regretted by his sister Teresa and brother-in-law Val White (Cork) nephew Frank, nieces Stella, Karen and Tracy, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains will repose at the Perry Funeral Home, Ballymote, this Sunday from 5pm to 6.30pm, followed by removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote to arrive at 7pm. Mass of the Ressurection on Monday at 10am. Burial afterwards in St. Columba's Cemetery.

O’Connor, Fr. Desmond,( St Patrick's Missionary Society, Kiltegan, Wicklow ) and formerly of Lower John St, Sligo, Ogoja Diocese, Nigeria and Our Lady of the Lake Parish, Mount Arlington, New Jersey, USA), January 10th 2018, in Morristown Medical Centre, NJ, after a brief illness. R.I.P; predeceased by his brother, Donal; deeply regretted by his sister, Sr Marianne OSU, his brothers, Kevin (Malahide)and Brendan (Sligo), his sisters-in-law, Vera, Betty, and Helen,his nieces, nephews, grandnieces,and grandnephews, by his St Patrick's Missionary Society family, by Bishob Arthur J Serratelli and the priests of Paterson Diocese, by his parishioners and by his many friends.
