Sharon Conway & Ruby Ridge

Sharon Conway, having already worked with some of the biggest names on the Nashville music scene-recording her debut EP ‘Looking For An Answer’ and having performed her own material on the Nashville music circuit, Sharon is carving a name for herself as one of Ireland’s most progressive young songwriters.

Sharon set up with a band of talented Sligo based musicians in 2010.

They named the band ‘Ruby Ridge’ and set off on a mission to develop an original rock/ cross-over country sound- The Ruby Ridge lineup ,includes Sligo’s own- Leslie Jones on mandolin, Mark McGovern on acoustic and electric guitar, Willie Kelly on drums, and Mike Kelly on bass.

Ruby Ridge provide the perfect musical backdrop for Sharon’s original material, and the five piece have been gigging extensively throughout the region for the past year and a half.
