Sligo GAA team for Kildare qualifier named

The Sligo starting fifteen have been named for the Sligo v Kildare All-Ireland SFC fourth round qualifier at Dr. Hyde Park in Roscommon on Saturday despite earlier protests, overruled by Croke Park, from the Lilywhite camp.

Given that Sligo played their last game - the Connacht final - at Dr. Hyde Park and the venue is more suited for traveling Sligo fans.

The fact that the game starts at 6.30pm (not televised) and Hyde Park does not have floodlights might also complicate matters should extra time be required and weather conditions worsen.

 The team chosen to get the match underway is as follows;
