Severe traffic restrictions are expected in Dublin as thousands of farmers, including many from Sligo, will march on the Dáil today against proposals in Europe that could see Ireland's CAP allocation cut by up to 30%.

IFA President John Bryan said thousands of farmers will leave their farms today to send a clear message to the Government.
