The Baby Bay Market is coming to Sligo!

Following the huge success of the Baby Bay Market in Dublin, Baby Bay have decided to take the market nationwide and first stop is Sligo.

The Baby Bay Market is the ideal venue to buy, sell and recycle your baby stuff in a safe and fun environment.

Run by mumtrepreneur, Mandy O’Rorke, this is the first market of its kind in Sligo.

Mandy is no stranger to Sligo and after attending Sligo RTC (IT Sligo) back in the 90’s met and married Sligo man, Jonathan O’Rorke of Chapel Street. Mandy comments “Part of the reason I chose Sligo as our first market outside of Leinster is because I know it so well and have lots of family and friends here”

The Baby Bay Market has been running in various locations around Dublin for the past six months and the demand is huge. Mandy also runs an online business BabyBay.ie, where parents can trade their baby stuff online.

Mandy has just relaunched www.BabyBay.ie as a Free Ads website so parents can now post their unwanted baby goods for free. She said, "I’ve been running BabyBay.ie for over 2 years now and always wanted to run the markets alongside the website. Now we can provide parents with every option to buy, sell and recycle their baby stuff.”

The Baby Bay Market is a great way for parents to clear out and make some extra cash, but also for parents to be to make some big savings, particularly on larger items and pick up a few bargains too. There will also be some local businesses selling baby related products and services on the day.

Stalls cost €20 and are available to book online at www.BabyBayMarket.ie. You can also hire a clothes rail for €5. Your stall includes a 6ft dressed table and chair, plus space to the side for a clothes rail and up to 2 items. All events are indoor and customers are encouraged to bring the kids. Activities including colouring and face painting will be available to keep them entertained.

The Baby Bay Market will take place on Sunday January 27th at the Clarion Hotel, Sligo from 11am to 2pm. Stalls can be booked online at www.BabyBayMarket.ie.
